‘UK has nothing to sell’

21日付フィナンシャル・タイムズ紙は「UK has nothing to sell」と題して、英ポンドは終わったとする投資家ジム・ロジャーズ氏のインタビュー記事を掲載しました。その中でロジャーズ氏は、「英ポンドはもう終わりだ。ポンド（建て資産）を持っている人は、すぐに全て売った方がよい」「ポンドを支えてきたのは、北海油田とロンドンの金融界だったが、今やいずれも枯渇している。もはや英国は、何も売るものがない」などとしています。
