S&P、ユーロ圏9ヶ国一斉格下げ

米大手格付会社スタンダード・アンド・プアーズ（S&P）は13日、債務危機への対応を不十分と判断し、ユーロ圏9ヶ国の国債格付けを1～2段階引き下げました。これにより、フランスとオーストリアが最上級の「トリプルA」から「ダブルAプラス」に1段階引き下げられたほか、イタリアとスペイン、ポルトガル、キプロスがそれぞれ2段階引き下げられました。
