ノーベル賞の賞金2割減に

ノーベル賞の運営団体であるスウェーデンのノーベル財団は11日、財団の財政事情により、今年のノーベル各賞の賞金をこれまでの1千万スウェーデン・クローナから20％減らし、800万クローナとすると発表しました。財団は、賞の創設者である同国の化学者、アルフレッド・ノーベルの遺産を運用して賞金や運営費などを賄っていますが、ここ10年間は運用利益が経費を下回る状況が続いているとのことです。
