小保方氏、STAP細胞主要論文撤回に同意

新型万能細胞とされる「STAP細胞」の論文不正問題で、理化学研究所の小保方晴子・研究ユニットリーダーが、論文2本のうち主要な1本の撤回に同意したことが4日、分かりました。補足的な1本はすでに撤回に同意しており、掲載した英科学誌ネイチャーが両方の取り下げを認めれば、STAP細胞の研究成果は白紙に戻ることになります。
