続・世界的金融再編へ

破綻したリーマン・ブラザーズのアジア太平洋・欧州・中東地域の事業部門を、野村ホールディングスが買収することで23日までに基本合意されたほか、三菱UFJフィナンシャル・グループは22日、米証券大手モルガン・スタンレーの第三者割当増資に応じ、最大20%出資して筆頭株主になることを発表しました。さらに三井住友フィナンシャルグループは24日、米証券大手ゴールドマン・サックスから要請があれば、出資を検討する考えを明らかにしました。
