米、ゼロ金利政策導入

米連邦準備理事会は16日開いた米連邦公開市場委員会で、最重要の政策金利であるフェデラルファンド金利の誘導目標を0.75―1.0%引き下げ、年0.0―0.25%にすることを全会一致で決定、即日実施しました。史上初めて事実上のゼロ金利政策に踏み込むとともに、長期国債の買い入れ検討なども表明しました。
